As tech-watch PM within BNP Paribas's AI innovation team, I sourced external AI solutions for the bank and matched them to business needs — over 200 solutions mapped across 10 compliance and risk categories, from KYC and AML to financial security and market-abuse prevention. I scouted startups (including at Station F and VivaTech), built and shared our TechRadar across departments, and ran Innov'Hub deep-dives and bespoke sourcing requests for internal clients. Anchored in Risk & Compliance but serving the whole group, I connected teams to create synergies and avoid duplicated efforts — across compliance, ESG and regtech.
